29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about August 30, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to minor injuries and loss of a fire suppression where a fire extinguisher was placed on a counter and not secured from falling.
