29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: A.) Mattocks Five, Inc. dba Albion Mill, 73 Canal Street, Albion, PA 16401, on or about February 10, 2016: Employees are performing servicing and maintenance on equipment including, but not limited to, shaker bed/corn cracker and the bird seed mixer. The company is not conducted periodic inspections with employees. This ongoing violation was most recently observed on April 1, 2016. To abate this ongoing violation, the employer must conduct periodic inspections of the lockout / tagout procedures. Mattocks Five, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 924399, citation number 1, item number 9-b and was affirmed as a final order on June 23, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 73 Canal Street, Albion, PA 16401.
