(Construction Reference: 1926.59) Location: a) 3 Williamsburg Street West, Brooklyn, NY 11249 a) On or about 09/03/2020, employees that used flashing cement to patch holes in the roof were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to asphalt and aliphatic petroleum distillates. The employer did not provide employees with Safety Data Sheets.
