As referred to by 29 CFR 1926.59: 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) Location: a) 3 Williamsburg Street West, Brooklyn, NY 11249 a) On or about 09/03/2020, employees that used flashing cement to patch holes in the roof were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to asphalt and aliphatic petroleum distillates. The employer did not have a hazard communication program.
