29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) At the Shear Department, the employer did not ensure portable fire extinguisher are mounted or located to where they are readily accessible, exposing employees to fire hazards. b) At the Scrap/CropShear, the employer did not ensure that three portable fire extinguisher were mounted or located to where they are readily accessible, exposing employees to fire hazards.
