29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. a) Cement mixer #2 (Box area); On or about October 21, 2024, and at times prior thereto the employer failed to ensure written procedures for the cement mixer had clear and specific steps for isolating, securing, and verifying all energy sources including electric, water and air.
