29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): a. On or about March 4, 2024, the above addressed jobsite, the employer failed to keep a written certification record of training regarding the operation of a JLG SkyTrak 8042 rough terrain forklift. Dromin Construction Inc. was previously cited for a Other-than-Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1544412, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 8529 (Lot 31) Blue Stone Ct., Frankfort, IL 60423.
