29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables shall not be used. On or about December 11, 2023, employees were exposed to an electrical shock while using a 110-volt extension cord with damaged insulation and the inner conductors exposed. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
