29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about October 10, 2023, employees utilized damaged cords in the following areas: a) North corner of warehouse near last bay door using for welding machine which showed damages to outer sheathing. b) South shop warehouse area for welding machine which showed damages to outer sheathing. c) South shop warehouse area which showed damages to outer sheathing.
