29 CFR 1904.32(a): The employer did not ensure that at the end of the year an annual summary of injuries and illnesses on the OSHA 300 Log was created, certified and posted. Location: 3 Aston Court, Andover, MA; On or about 03/17/2023, when asked to provide copies of OSHA 300 Logs the employer stated that they have not kept logs, "because there has been no accidents", and has not adhered to the requirement of the standard.
