29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated: a) Roof - the employer did not provide a written certification and documentation to OSHA that the abatement was complete, on or about August 22, 2023. Avila's Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1903.19(c)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1613259, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 904 Woodlawn St., Scranton, PA. Avila's Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1903.19(c)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1568957, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Location - 1537 West Street Honesdale, PA 18431.
