29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer. a) On or about May 11, 2022, Roof and top floor ; the employer had not certified the fall protection training to employees that may be exposed to fall hazards 6-feet or greater while conducting siding work. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement ce1tification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
