29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a. Throughout the sales floor area - On or about November 8 and 12, 2021, drop ceiling tiles were discolored, bulging and in some cases appeared to be molding, exposing employees to a struck by and environmental hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
