29 CFR 1910.107(i)(8): Electrical equipment for electrostatic hand spraying was not so interlocked with the ventilation of the spraying area(s) that the equipment cannot be operated unless the ventilation fan(s) are in operation: On or about 07/02/2019, in the walking (offset) powder coating booth, employees were performing painting operations were exposed to severe burns, inhalation hazards and potentially death where the equipment for electrostatic hand spraying was not interlocked with the ventilation of the spraying area.
