29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. 101 North Main Street, Newark, Illinois, west building shop, east entrance: on or about May 4, 2017, employees working in the area were provided with a single-occupancy toilet facility that was not maintained in sanitary condition. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
