29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: The employer does not ensure each exit route is at least 28 inches wide at all points. This violation was observed on or about July 13, 2016, behind the powder coating booth, exposing employees to the hazard of smoke inhalation and burns. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure each exit route is at least 28 inches wide at all points.
