29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(v): Illumination was not provided for all working spaces about service equipment, switchboards, panelboards, and motor control centers installed indoors: Maintenance Shop: On, or about, September 21, 2015, the light provided in the electrical room was not working properly. The bulbs only glowed and did not cast light. Also, the light switch was broken.
