29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. a) Paint Shop: On or about 4/18/2022, the employer did not have safety data sheets for products used in the facility, such as, but not limited to, Zinc Clad, Macropoxy 646, and Targuard, which are corrosives. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
