29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: Plant: On, or about, September 21, 2015, employees who performed work on or near electrical equipment were not provided with and required to use appropriate personal protective equipment such as voltage rated gloves, an arc-rated face shield and a fire resistive balaclava.
