Wax Room, Soluble Repair Bench: On, or about, September 14, 2015, the receptacle provided on the work bench was energized through a flexible gray cord that was plugged into a nearby wall receptacle. B. Finishing, Training Booth, C-15: On, or about, September 21, 2015, the quad receptacle box provided was energized through a cord a plug connection that was plugged into a receptacle at a neighboring work bench.
