Wax Room, Near Wash Line: On, or about, September 14, 2015, a wax melting pot was energized through an extension cord. B. MRO: On, or about, September 21, 2015, an extension cord was used to energize the copy machine. C. Welding, Weld Booth 2: On, or about, September 21, 2015, an extension cord assembly was used to energize a water chiller provided for a Miller TIG welding unit. D. Finishing, OAP Booth, C-36: On, or about, September 21, 2015, an extension cord assembly was used to energize a fan, a mobile computer cart and a second extension cords that energized another relocatable power tap. E. Shipping: On, or about, September 21, 2015, an extension cord was used to energize an APC relocatable power tap used for computer equipment at the Receiver's Desk.
