SCRR Chapter 71, 1-1910.151(b): Failed to provide, in the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid. First-aid supplies approved by the consulting physician shall be readily available, as follows: A. Amyl nitrite capsules not provided on site and first aid responders are not trained to administer amyl nitrite where employees are exposed to acrylonitrile at the establishment.
