29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: a) On or about 04/18/2024 at the site located at 3000 Milton Ave, Solvay, NY 13209: Employees not protected against accidental contact with the energized parts contained in the electrical enclosure connected to the prepared sand belt. b) On or about 04/04/2024 at the site located at 3000 Milton Ave, Solvay, NY 13209: Employees not protected against accidental contact with the energized parts contained in the electrical enclosure connected to the Lindberg Kiln. c) On or about 04/18/2024 at the site located at 3000 Milton Ave, Solvay, NY 13209: Employees not protected against accidental contact with the energized parts contained in the electrical enclosure at the top of the stairs in B&P SpeedMullor Area. Frazer and Jones was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1401131, citation number 1, item number 17 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3000 Milton Ave Solvay, NY.
