29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means listed under the provision: a) Planer Mill - Electrical panel at Stacker infeed; On or about May 31, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to potential electrical shock hazards in that employees worked in close proximity to an electrical panel (480V 3-phase) that was not guarded against accidental contact. Dudley Lumber company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 934646, citation number 1, item number 12 and was affirmed as a final order on March 4, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 8575 Hwy 280 Eats, Salem, AL 36874.
