29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): A. Maintenance Shop: On, or about, September 21, 2015, a shop built Precison Digital thermocouple testing station was not contained in an enclosure or was not provided with another effective means to cover or enclosure live terminal connections. B. Wax Room, Base Area: On, or about, September 14, 2015, the following fuse boxes were missing a fuse, exposing live electrical sockets: 1. Fuse Box #4. 2. Fuse Box #1.
