29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): The employer did not ensure flexible cords and cables were not attached to building surfaces. a) Dollar Tree Store #3041, back storeroom, near exit door: A black flexible cord was zip tied, securing the cord permanently to a length of conduit and pipe to provide power to a Hunter alarm system, on or about 11/07/2019. DOLLAR TREE STORES, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1362039 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001, GROUP C AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 23, 2019, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 99 INTERNATIONAL DR. WINDSOR, CT 06095. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
