29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): The employer did not ensure flexible cords and cables did not run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors. a) Dollar Tree Store #3041, back storeroom near exit door: A black flexible cord was run through an exterior wall of the building to provide power to a Hunter alarm system, on or about 11/07/2019. DOLLAR TREE STORES, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1364477 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 003, GROUP B AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 24, 2019, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 579 TROY SCHENECTADY RD., LATHAM, NY 12110. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
