29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a. On or about 11/19/2018, the employer did not ensure employees using various chemicals including, but not limited to, Guardian C6 Water Based Fabric Protector (GDRMBC5128), Dupli-Color Grease & Wax Remover, & Liquid Wrench Garage Door Lube were provided a hazard communication program which included training on specific Safety Data Sheets, the handling, labeling and storage requirements for the chemicals, and required personal protective equipment, as needed.
