29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used as permanent wiring: a. On or about February 11, 2019, an extension cord was used as permanent power and tied to conduit in the Sawmill Basement near Head saw #1 exposing employees to electrical hazards and fire hazards. b. On or about February 12, 2019, flexible cord was used as permanent power in the Sawmill Basement under Head saw #2 exposing employees to electrical hazards and fire hazards.
