29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (f)(6)(ii) of this section: The employer does not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace were labeled, tagged, or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (f)(6)(ii). This violation was most recently observed on or about October 18, 2017 at a worksite at 19 Bailey Street, Plains Township, PA, when employees worked with hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, J.M. Fry SF Midvale Pizza 75 Red-CCNB, as well as on one prior occasion as described below. To abate this violation the employer must ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified in under this paragraph. Midvale Paper Box Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1081074 citation number 2 item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on January 16, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 19 Bailey Street, Plains Township, PA.
