29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: The employer does not implement and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met. The employer did not implement and maintain a written hazard communication program where employees worked with hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, Klean Strip Denatured Alcohol and Klean Strip Acetone. This violation was most recently observed on or about October 18, 2017. To abate this violation, as well as on one prior occasion as described below. To abate this violation, the employer must implement and maintain a written hazard communication program to ensure compliance with the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f),(g), and (h). Midvale Paper Box Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1081074, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on January 28, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 19 Bailey Street, Plains Township, PA.
