29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: a) This violation was observed on or about January 20, 2015, in the metal shop; where employees used metalworking fluid that was stored in containers that were not labeled, tagged or marked with their identity of the hazardous chemical. STEEL FABRICATION SERVICES, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 977501, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 5a, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 10, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2408 FRUITLAND AVENUE, FARMERS BRANCH, TEXAS 75234.
