29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment was likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards were not so arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage: (a) Edge Bander - The employer did not ensure that the power cords for the edge bander and dust collector were protected from physical damage. The cords ran across the floor directly below the control panel and material feed table where employees worked to operate the machine on or about June 4, 2013. No abatement certification or documentation required.
