29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers identified for the purpose: a) On or about May 19, 2011 and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while working near a junction box on the north wall of the shop that did not have an adequately installed cover. Springs Transmission and Automotive, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard, or its equivalent 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection 313718355 Citation 1 item 10a, issued on April 5, 2010 and became a final order on April 29, 2010 with respect to a worksite located at 3310 Chelton Loop North, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
