DOLLAR TREE STORES, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1364477 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 002 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 24, 2019, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 579 TROY SCHENECTADY RD., LATHAM, NY 12110. DOLLAR TREE STORES, INC.
