29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a. Between January 29, 2019 and March 7, 2019, a metallic outlet box was not installed in accordance with UL identifier QCIT which states the box shall be mounted in or on a surface. The metallic outlet box was attached to a flexible conductor and not mounted to a wall or post in the Debarker building. b. On or about February 11, 2019, a metallic outlet box was not installed in accordance with UL identifier QCIT which states the box shall be mounted in or on a surface. The metallic outlet box was attached to a flexible conductor and not mounted to a post in the Chipper Office.
