29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting face piece respirator were not annually fit tested: (a) Spray Booth - The employer did not ensure that employees who were required to wear respirators when they sprayed lacquer finishes were fit tested each year, this condition was most recently observed on or about June 4, 2013. (b) Lay-up Area - The employer did not ensure that an employee who was required to wear a respirator when he sprayed "Formica" contact adhesive to laminate custom cabinets were fit tested each year, this condition was most recently observed on or about June 4, 2013. (c) Assembly Area - The employer did not ensure that an employee who was required to wear respirator when he sprayed "Formica" contact adhesive to laminate custom cabinets were fit tested each year, this condition was most recently observed on or about June 4, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
