29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 04/15/2024 at the site located at 3000 Milton Ave, Solvay, NY 13209: Energy control procedures were not developed for employees when performing maintenance on equipment on the Goff Blast Machine. The Goff Blast Machine had both electrical and pneumatic energy sources. Frazer and Jones was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1401131, citation number 1, item number 9 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3000 Milton Ave Solvay, NY.
