29 CFR 1915.51(b)(1)(ii): General mechanical ventilation was not of sufficient capacity or so arranged as to produce the number of air changes necessary to maintain welding fumes and smoke within safe limits: (a) Engine room of M/v Matanuska, at Vigor Marine, LLC shipyard at 5555 N Channel Ave, Portland, Oregon: On or about 2/7/2018 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to inhalation exposure, in that general mechanical ventilation was not sufficient to maintain the enclosure smoke free.
