29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: (a) In the gas room, Lines 2-5, in the production area, at the facility at 50 Oxford Ave, on 9/21/2016 employees who had not been trained on the purpose and function of the energy control procedure were exposed to maintenance activities requiring lock out-tag out on the propellant charging machines such as the removal of exploded aerosol cans and the cleaning of the gas heads.
