29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(v): Elevated platform(s), used routinely on a daily basis were not equipped with stairway(s) or fixed ladder(s): (a) Sawmill: Stairway(s) were not located on the roadside of the sawmill to allow access to the head saw and the edger, as determined on April 5, 2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM Wayne Mulch & Lumber, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard Sawmills 1910.265(c)(4)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315223008, citation number 1, item number 5, group (b) and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Wayne Lumber & Mulch, Inc. in Wayne, West Virginia.
