29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Structural Shop: Two breaker boxes behind the air compressor, including (1) Main Bkr #7, had knockouts missing, exposing live wires. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. The Cabras Marine Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1538905, citation number 1, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/28/21, with respect to a workplace located at 178 Industrial Ave.
