29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: On or about February 1, 2019 and at times prior thereto and times thereafter, the fire extinguisher for the CAT TL1255 all-terrain forklift, the fire extinguisher by the side walk-through door and the fire extinguisher by the back roll-up door did not have annual maintenance checks exposing employees to hazards associated with fire.
