29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) 3982 Kozy Korner Road, Center Valley, PA, Worksite, Upper Floor - on or about October 1, 2018, employees are accessing and egressing the ceiling joists, approximately nine feet above the lower level, by using the top step of a six foot stepladder. Navy Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1310321, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 225 La Grande Ave., Fanwood, NJ
