29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a. On site, employees were exposed to chemical products such as, but not limited to, oxygen, acetylene, mig wire, paint and paint related products, acetone, and maintenance chemicals such as 409, WD-40 and degreasers. A written hazard communication program was not developed, maintained and implemented at the workplace, on or about 07/26/2018.
