29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(ii): There was a defect or evidence of damage that could have exposes an employee to injury and the defective or damaged item was not removed from service. a). Maintenance Shop - On or about March 8, 2017, the outer sheathing was damaged on the flexible electrical power cable for the Delta Rockwell Manufacturing Company drill press (Series No. 15-017), thus exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
