29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) would be met: a) Calendar and mill production area: The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for the chemicals used by employees in the manufacturing of rubber, including, but not limited to, Precipitated Silica, Industrene R, Dixie Clay, Elastomag/MagChem, SUNPAR 2280, Calsol 810, Process Oil, CAB-O-SIL Untreated Fumed Silica, Satintone W (Whitetex), Carbon Black, KEMOX RC 822 Titanium Dioxide Pigment, Zinc Oxide, Limestone Aggregate, toluene, naptha and Akrochem DC 40K, on or about 5/16/16. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
