29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables ae used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) On or about October 6, 2015, a flexible cord used to power the bagging machine's control panel was secured with a bungee cord and large hose clamp used as fixed wiring. b) On or about October 6, 2015, a flexible cord used to power the scale was ran under the shaker table. Wood Fibers Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 998359, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on April 16, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1050 Washington St. Niagara, WI 54151
