29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: a/ Inside of Building #2, specifically at the Work Station, the flexible cord supplying 120 volt electrical power to the Milwaukee Portable Band Saw, m/n 6226, s/n 457HD14230136, was missing its grounding pin. St. Louis Cold Drawn Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908320, citation 1, item 12, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/10/14, with respect to a workplace located at 1060 Pershall Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63137.
