29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold. Paragraph (g)(2) of this section addresses fall protection for scaffold erectors and dismantlers. (A) Jobsite - Each employee on a ladder-jack scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level as required. (B) Jobsite - Each employee on a roof bracket scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level as required. High & Dry Roofing, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 435951, citation number 01, item number 003, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/04/12, with respect to a workplace located at Hooksett Street, Hampton, NH, 03842. High & Dry Roofing, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 113799662, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/30/2003, with respect to a workplace located at 12 Captains Way, Kittery Point, ME, 03905.
